Terms and Agreements:

Simply Natural Home Cleaning does not clean exterior windows, change animals cages, and dispose of large amounts of garbage. However, we will gladly help you find some one that does offer these services.

Simply Natural Home Cleaning holds no responsibility if any laundry is damaged

If you feel after your consultation you would like some of the "Add-On's" in your home cleaning, please let us know 48 hours in advance.

Simply Natural is insured with 2.000.000.000 liability and will give proof of insurance at the time of initial consultation.

Methods of Payments, flexible to meet your needs!

Cash -Cheques -Debit -MasterCard -Visa

Payments may be made weekly, bi weekly, or monthly. However, payments must be received by the last day of the month service(s) received. (All NSF cheques will have a $35.00 fee) Your Home Cleaning experience is specifically tailored for you, we want your needs met.

Simply Natural Home Cleaning charges $60.00/hr. This rate does not change with the size of house or the services being offered. There are additional services offered for an extra fee. They are called "Add-On's". Please note that all our Add-On's are time based. Our regular hourly fee will be applied and your invoice will be adjusted to show each additional Add-On.

Invoices and Receipts

Again, your Home Cleaning experience is flexible and here to meet your needs. Invoices and Receipts may be done weekly, bi weekly or monthly.

The estimated time is all you pay for!

After your consultation is complete and a tour of your home has been done. Simply Natural Home Cleaning will give you our estimate of how long it will take to provide you with the service(s) you requested. Based on the estimate we give you, if we go over the number of hours that was estimated during your consultation, you do not have to pay for the extra time we did.

Client Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your home cleaning, Simply Natural Home Cleaning requires 24 hour cancellation notice. We have reserved this time for you and your home and have turned away or delayed a home cleaning for other clients. Simply Natural does take into account and understands that there are things out of our control. Please call us as soon as possible. Also, when flu and cold season is upon us or any other form of a contagious virus is present in your home, we will gladly reschedule your home cleaning. Simply Natural Home Cleaning is working in other homes and with in our community!

Simply Natural Cancellation

We will always try to give 24hours notice if cancellation or rescheduling is required. Simply Natural will then put you and your home at first priority. If Simply Natural Home Cleaning is scheduled for a special occasion, we will give 72 hours notice. As mentioned above there are things beyond our control and Simply Natural will make every effort to accommodate you and your home.

Vacation Time:

Simply Natural will always give their clients 4 - 6 weeks notice of vacation time, also when services are not available for an extended period of time. You will be informed by a memo and/or a phone call. You will always be notified if your regular home cleaner will not be coming and someone else will be in their place.
